AArchPermit

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

ArchPermit is in early access. This is a plain-language summary of how we handle your data, not a substitute for a full legal policy.

What we collect

  • Account info — your name and email, via our authentication provider, so you can sign in.
  • Project data — the addresses, project details, documents, and files you add to prepare a package.
  • Usage — basic, aggregated signals (which pages and features get used) to improve the product.

How we use it

To resolve jurisdictions, build your checklist, read your documents, generate drafts, route a package to a licensed reviewer when you ask, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

To generate and read content, project text and documents you provide are processed by AI model providers under agreements that prohibit using your data to train their general models. ArchPermit is designed to be honest about uncertainty rather than fabricate requirements.

Sharing

We share project content with an independent licensed reviewer only when you request a review. We use service providers (hosting, database, auth, AI) bound to handle data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data isolation

Projects are scoped to your account's workspace and isolated from other tenants. You can archive projects you no longer need.

Your choices

You can access and update your project data in the app, archive projects, and request deletion of your account data by contacting us from inside the app.

Changes & contact

We'll update this page as the product evolves, with a new date for material changes. Questions about privacy? Reach us from inside the app.
